WE ARE MOVING OUTDOORS!!!!

Great News, Swim Hanoians! The weather is finally so warm that we can move outdoors. Starting this week 5th of May all classes will be held at the outdoor pool in Ciputra E1 building. Please don't forget to mention you are with Swim Hanoi. In case of Rain please see our rain policy below:

RAIN POLICY:

Please note that we will NOT be relocating to the INDOOR pool during the Summer Sessions UNLESS otherwise advised by the Instructor by sms or on the website by 2 pm ON THE SESSION DAY

In case of overcast and light rain we will be swimming OUTDOORS at E1 Ciputra

In case of lightning during Session time, all students must exit the pool and take shelter until the Instructor deems it safe to re-enter the water.

If the session has been interrupted 20' minutes into the lesson and can not be continued - the class will be considered completed.

Equally If the Session has been interrupted at any time before the said 20' minutes the class will be considered refundable.

In case of heavy thunderstorms all classes will be cancelled and a make up session or refund will be offered.This is at the discretion of the Instructor.
