Yoga
Alexia completed her 200Hr Ashtanga/Vinyasa TTC at Sampoorna Yoga in Goa - India, in October 2015. She is also a certified Aqua Yoga Teacher with White Crow Yoga, a Yin Yoga Instructor certified by With-Yin Yoga and a Certified Kids Yoga Teacher with Lifebright International.

She has given community based Vinyasa Flow classes to Beginners and Intermediate students in an initiative named "YoYa:Yoga in the Yard".
Alexia has also taught Vinyasa Flow at the United Nations International School in Hanoi. Alexia also collaborates with the Fitness Village, teaching Vinyasa classes on demand.
She is currently teaching Aqua Yoga at the evian Spa Hanoi
Alexia is available for Ashtanga and/or Vinyasa classes in Tay Ho, Hanoi.
